The star shines brightly in the eastern sky as it comes to rest over the birthplace of our LORD, Illuminating the path for those in search of a Savior.  He came to this earth, God in the flesh and brought with Him the only Hope for all mankind.  The cry of our Saviour ripping through the silence as He became one of us. 

Luke 2:11

 “For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.”

Notice the scripture reads for unto you.  God sent his only begotten to be born to you. 

 Just as He lit the path for the shepherds and wise men who sought Him, He lights a path for you today. Christmas is a wonderful time of year to celebrate with our loved ones, count our many blessings and look to the new year with Hope. All because one night long, long ago a Savior was born.  Remember the true meaning my friend, for without that prophecy being fulfilled there would be no hope.

Your Savior broke the silence with a cry and with another He ripped the temple veil in two making a path for you directly to the Fathers throne. Extending Grace to each of us.
