Keep Pouring

 

“So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase.”

1 Corinthians 3:7

 

 

The journey may seem long my friend, but in reality, it’s way too quick so make the most of the climb.  We come into contact with so many people throughout our lifetime, some we may never remember and then there are those rare jewels that hopefully we never forget.

God has truly blessed me with many jewels, I truly didn’t deserve them, but forever I will be grateful for each and every one. 

Grateful that they surrendered to the call God placed on their heart to do those things which to them more than likely seemed so very minor or miniscule, but to me left an unforgettable mark. 

I have a rock, yes, a rock.  I keep it very delicately placed where I will see it every single day.  This rock has the word Grace painted on it.  I found this rock on a day I truly needed it.  Mysteriously it showed up in my purse because someone who loves me very much and loves God with everything they have, obeyed His nudge to help a sister out and secretly dropped that rock right there in my purse while giving me a big hug.

I also have several cards that I keep close at hand to remind me that God has abundantly blessed me with people in my life that love and care about me, cards that were ever so mysteriously placed and God revealed at just the right moment.. What about you?  I’m sure you have your own rare jewels and stories to share. 

 

God merely requests that we continually trust and obey.  He does the rest.  A simple act of obedience leads to an orchestrated event that you may or may not witness, and if you happen to be blessed enough to witness your part played, remember to give Him all the glory.

 

NOTHING!  I REPEAT NOTHING DONE FOR GOD’S GLORY WILL EVER RETURN VOID.

        So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; it shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.

Isaiah 55:11

 

What a joy it is to witness the increase in someone’s life and to see God’s plan come into fruition. All because of a simple act of obedience.  God is still in the mountain moving, life changing business. All he asks of us is to listen and obey. 

 

Be still and know that I AM GOD I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in all the earth!  Psalms 46:10

So be obedient regardless of how insignificant it may seem because God will be faithful.  Keep pouring my friend.  Keep praying in anticipation the increase will come.  The fruit will flourish. To God Be The Glory.
